We constructed this approximately 140,000 square foot Industrial Park from conception through completion, consisting of five buildings, including all interior tenant improvements. This complex was constructed as concrete tilt-up buildings for light industrial manufacturing, warehousing, office and store front retail.

This is a nicely appointed 4,600 square foot restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. Our responsibilities included providing the Construction Management services, making sure that the contractor was following the plans and specifications, coordinating with the building owners and approving the construction funding as the project progressed.

This project included the construction of a 10,354 square foot building, including the interior tenant improvements at the administrative offices for the Castaic Union School District, servicing over 3,600 students in Kindergarten through eighth grade in four separate school locations within the Santa Clarita Valley, California.
