Desert Springs Marriott – Spa Expansion

Client: Marriott Corporation Location: Desert Springs, California Services Provided: Construction and Project Management

Marriott contracted with us to complete a “Design Build” renovation and expansion to their existing spa building at their Desert Springs resort. The project included the exterior addition which needed to conform to the architecture of the existing building and also the refurbishment of the spa’s interior. The project was completed on time and on budget.

McCord Professional Office Building

Client: Dr. Berry L. McCord Location: San Marino, California Services Provided: Construction and Project Management

This office is a two-story, 7,000 square foot new medical professional office facility. Special construction was incorporated for acoustics and sound proofing for individual private counseling offices. The exterior was constructed of clear cedar siding to blend with the aesthetics of the residential neighborhood.

K-Mart Santa Paula California

Client: K-Mart Corporation Location: Santa Paula, California Size: 80,000 square feet Services Provided: Construction and Project Management

This new facility for K-Mart Corporation included site grading and installation of all site utilities, parking, lighting, and landscaping for additional retail expansion. This project also included the construction of new frontage and freeway access for Cal Trans.

IBM Office Building

Client: First Western Development Co. Location: Helena, Montana Services Provided: Construction and Project Management

This is a 71,000 square foot office building. We were involved with the construction of this project from design conception through to completion. This project was completed in only ten months, in spite of the harsh Montana winter. It is a three-story steel frame building with a brick exterior. IBM occupied the structure upon our completion of all the interior finishes.
